George G. O'Neill, 64, of Stuart, FL passed away on Sunday morning, March 29 at the Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart, after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Kay Sedam-O'Neill, Son, Kyle and daughter Haley. His two sisters, Mary Ellen Guardi of Summerfield, FL and Dr. Patricia L. O'Neill and niece Dr. Adelaide Withers, both of Perth, Australia and nephew Charles and wife Angee Guardi of Ocala, FL. In-laws, Carolyn and Mike Gray, Peggy Rhoades and Rick and Karen Sedam, all reside in Piqua, Ohio. He was preceded in death

Formerly a resident of Chicago, IL and west central and southern Florida, lastly in Hollywood, FL, George had a well-respected career in the multi-media industry for 40 years. He was a co-founding partner of Broadcast Video Miami (BVI). He held the position of Director of Operations at New Art, Miami and at O2 Media, Inc, in addition he was Vice President of studio operations at Brandstar in Pompano Beach, FL. He served as Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life Insurance.

 

Most recently he was a managing partner at Xela Agency.

George was an avid fisherman and scuba diver. And nothing suited him more than to sit back and watch a Marlins baseball game.
